Mothers’ Day Brunch

On Saturday, May 8th CCSP hosted its first annual Mothers’ Day Brunch featuring a keynote address by Ms. Yvonne Harvey Williams of “Speak 2 Inspire”.

Ms. Williams  a native of Paterson, NJ, uses her life experience having to “overcome adversity” as a platform to encourage individuals to “be all that they can be” despite their current situations or present dilemmas. Yvonne’s past and future success has inspired millions of people. She is the author of 4 books. She hosted a community access talk show in New Jersey, highlighting community youth & interviewing famous sports celebrities such as, Allen Iverson, Tracy “T-Mac” McGrady, Stephon Marbury, Jermaine O’Neal, Vince Carter, Tim Thomas to name a few. She’s been featured in magazines, newspapers, featured news stories and talk shows across the country sharing her passion and her purpose to reach youth and young adults introducing and leading them to better choices.

She continues to encourage youth & young adults as the #1 speaker for 4 consecutive years for the largest speaking bureau in the United States, Monster’s Making It Count programs. She currently conducts keynotes, seminars and workshops as an independent, professional speaker & consultant presenting educational information all over the country for some of the most prestigious organizations in the world.

Her motto of …“It’s not how you start; it’s how you finish …so finish BIG” resonated to the crowd of 100 CCSP female guardians at the event.
